How do I check my order status?

Here are some helpful tips & tools to help you check the status of your order:

  • Check your email - We send you regular emails regarding the status of your order.
  • Contact us - If you still have questions about your order, please contact us at thereplicantmemories@gmail.com or write us here.

Please Note: Orders placed with a standard shipping method will take 2-3 business day to process.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from our warehouse. It will contain information to track your order.

Please keep in mind that delivery time frames begin calculating once your order has shipped from our warehouse.

Can I cancel an order?

We are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. You are welcome to return items you no longer wish to keep once they have been received.

Why was an item canceled from my order?

Unfortunately, orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons.

Possible reasons include:

  • We are unable to ship to the address provided.
  • We are having difficulty processing your payment information.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive notice via email. Please keep in mind that you will not be charged for any cancelled order.

Will I pay custom duties?

Most of our products are fulfilled and shipped from EU and UK.
Any international shipment may incur a customs fee.
We are required to follow international shipping rules and fill out all customs forms properly by marking the package correctly and including the value of the tees. Otherwise, we risk of having the shipment returned to us or being prohibited from shipping to that country.

Since we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other and fees vary from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes, and how to avoid them.

Why does my order have separate shipments?

All our products are printed on demand in various facilities and will be fulfilled and shipped from the closest facility to the shipping address.
Therefore, your order may be split into multiple shipments and sent at different times if its items are fulfilled in different facilities.
Where possible, items shipped from the same location will be combined into a single shipment.

How do I report a problem with my order?

If your order is wrong, you’re not happy with the prints, or if it isn’t what you expected for any reason, give us a shout at thereplicantmemories@gmail.com.

Be aware that we may require a photo to be submitted with your problem. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
