Returns & Refunds

At "The Replicant Memories," we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. That's why we prefer to highlight the importance of conscious choice for both the consumer to ensure you find the perfect fit, and both for the seller minimizing the chances of any unwanted returns. That said, we understand that sometimes, a return or refund may be necessary. Please read our policy below to understand the process.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at thereplicantmemories@gmail.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and details on where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and reflect it in your account.


Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect the items carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions

There are a few exceptions to our return policy. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Additionally, if you are shipping your order to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, regardless of the reason. The same conditions apply as mentioned above.
